  • ½ cup of fresh or frozen pineapples

  • 1 teaspoon of Maple syrup or your favorite sweetener

  • 1.5 cup of Bonita Original Kefir

  • 1 Avocado (1.5 for a thicker dressing)

  • Chopped Basil and Cilantro (to taste)

  • 3 tablespoons of Olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon of salt


Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
